A pre-order allows you to reserve products before their official release date. Pre-orders ensure you receive the latest sets, special collections, and limited edition items without the worry of missing out due to high demand. Additionally, pre-ordering locks in the current pricing, protecting you from potential price increases that may occur closer to or after the release date.
How Pre-Orders Work
The pre-order process is straightforward. Pre-order items are clearly identified throughout our website with distinctive badges showing their pre-order status and estimated release dates. Each product page displays the expected release date based on official manufacturer announcements, along with the anticipated shipping timeframe.
When you checkout, payment is processed in full immediately. This secures your place in our fulfillment queue and guarantees your allocation. After purchase, you receive an order confirmation email with all relevant details including your order number, items purchased, total paid, and estimated dates. Your order then enters our management system where it remains until the product is released and arrives at our facility.
Throughout the waiting period, we monitor release information from manufacturers and update you promptly if changes occur. When the product arrives and is ready to ship, you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Payment and Pricing
Pre-orders require full payment at the time of order placement. We do not offer partial payments, deposits, or payment plans. This ensures your allocation is firmly reserved and allows us to accurately manage inventory commitments with distributors. All standard payment methods are accepted, including major credit cards and debit cards.
One significant advantage of pre-ordering is price protection. The price you pay at checkout remains your price, regardless of subsequent changes. If the retail price increases before release, you still pay only the original pre-order price. This can provide substantial savings on highly sought-after products. However, if prices decrease, the pre-order price remains as charged. We do not offer price matching or adjustments once orders are placed.
Some pre-orders include exclusive bonuses or promotional items, which are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. These bonuses are part of the complete package and cannot be exchanged or substituted separately. Standard discount codes may apply to pre-orders unless specifically excluded in the promotion terms.

Delays are not uncommon in the trading card game industry. Manufacturers occasionally adjust schedules to ensure product quality or manage production capacity. While frustrating, these delays typically aim to deliver the best possible product to collectors and players.
Our Shipping Commitment
We ship pre-orders either on the official release date or within 5 business days following release. This window accounts for receiving distributor shipments, processing inventory, and preparing orders. For high-volume releases, we work efficiently while maintaining quality control standards.
If we cannot ship within 30 days of the manufacturer's official release date, you may cancel with a full refund or maintain your pre-order and receive compensation such as a discount code or complimentary product.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your pre-order anytime before shipment. Simply email support@poketurbo.com with your order number and the products you wish to cancel. While we appreciate knowing your reason as it helps us improve, explanations are not required.
We process cancellation requests within 24-48 business hours and send confirmation emails. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, with an additional 5-10 days for bank processing. Total timeframe is typically 1-2 weeks, though this varies by financial institution.
Once shipped, pre-orders cannot be canceled. At that point, our standard return policy applies. You have 14 days after delivery to initiate returns for eligible items, though products must remain in factory-sealed condition.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel pre-orders in rare circumstances:
- Stock allocation significantly reduced by distributors
- Product discontinued by manufacturer before release
- Payment authorization issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
If we cancel your order, you receive immediate email notification with explanation, full refund within 5 business days, and potentially alternative products or compensation for the inconvenience.
Stock Allocation and Availability
Pre-order availability depends on allocations from distributors and manufacturers. For highly anticipated or limited products, quantities are often insufficient to meet global demand. Allocations are distributed among retailers based on order volume, business relationships, and regional factors.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. When a product reaches its allocation limit, we close pre-orders to ensure fulfillment of accepted orders. This protects everyone from overselling complications.
If our allocation is reduced after accepting pre-orders, we fulfill orders in exact placement sequence, prioritizing earliest orders. Affected customers are contacted immediately with options including waiting for restock, partial fulfillment with refund, substitute products, or full cancellation.

In the extremely rare event of accidental overselling, affected customers receive immediate contact, sincere apologies, and fair solutions plus compensation.
Shipping and Delivery

Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
By default, pre-order and in-stock items ship separately. In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days while pre-orders ship per their release schedules. This ensures you receive available products quickly without unnecessary delays. Each shipment includes separate tracking.
If you prefer combined shipping to reduce packaging or potentially lower costs, contact us before or immediately after ordering. All items will be held until pre-orders release, meaning in-stock items wait for the pre-order date. Consider whether combined shipping benefits outweigh longer waits for immediately available items.
For orders with multiple pre-orders having different release dates, we default to separate shipments per release. You can request holding everything for the latest release date or splitting into multiple shipments based on availability.
Product Quality and Condition
All pre-orders are factory sealed by manufacturers. Booster boxes arrive with original shrink wrap intact, Elite Trainer Boxes sealed as packaged, and collection boxes in original sealed condition. We never open, inspect, or tamper with sealed products, maintaining factory seal integrity essential for authenticity and collectibility.
Manufacturing defects are extremely rare due to high quality control standards. However, if you discover a defect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs clearly showing the issue. We coordinate with manufacturers for warranty claims and replacement or refund resolution.
Shipping Damage
We use sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, cushioning materials, and fragile labels to protect shipments. Despite precautions, carriers occasionally mishandle packages.
If your pre-order arrives damaged, document it immediately with photographs of the package exterior, interior packaging, and damaged products. Note damage on the delivery receipt if possible. Contact support@poketurbo.com within 48 hours with documentation. We file carrier claims and arrange replacements at no cost.
Returns and Refunds
Pre-orders follow our standard return policy with one critical requirement: sealed products must remain factory sealed. Opened items including booster packs, boxes, and ETBs cannot be returned due to trading card product nature and impossibility of verifying contents once opened.
To return unopened pre-orders, initiate within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@poketurbo.com with your order number and items to return. We provide return authorization and instructions. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method upon receiving and verifying returned items. The amount includes purchase price and original shipping (if returning entire order). Return shipping costs are not refunded except for our errors. Customs duties paid on international shipments are non-refundable government charges.
Non-returnable items: opened sealed products, personalized items, accessed digital products, and final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
Communication and Updates
We send email notifications for important pre-order updates including release date changes, product arrival and processing status, and shipping confirmations with tracking. Communications focus on essential information without unnecessary messages.
Check your pre-order status anytime by logging into your account and viewing order history. Current status, estimated dates, and updates are displayed. Special Circumstances
Manufacturers occasionally cancel products before release due to production issues, licensing matters, market conditions, or other uncontrollable circumstances. If your pre-ordered product is canceled, we notify you immediately with explanation, process full refunds within 5 business days, and may offer alternatives or compensation.
Allocation reductions require difficult fulfillment decisions. We fulfill in exact order sequence, prioritizing earliest pre-orders. Affected customers are contacted immediately with options for waiting, partial fulfillment, substitutes, or full refunds.
Price protection ensures you pay only your original pre-order price even if retail prices increase significantly before release. We honor pricing commitments regardless of market changes, rewarding your early purchase commitment.
If final products differ materially from preliminary descriptions available when pre-orders opened, we update information immediately and notify pre-order customers. You may cancel with full refund if unsatisfied with changes.

This policy and all transactions are governed by French law. EU customers retain statutory consumer rights under EU regulations. US customers may have state consumer protection law protections. Mediation services are available, with formal proceedings subject to Paris courts jurisdiction or consumer residence courts as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
